340 SKUs, 6k customers, 4 years of order history, 22 content pages, blog with 80 posts.
Approach
Catalog migrated via Wix Stores API. Customers and orders via authenticated export. Content scraped + reformatted into Shopify pages. Theme rebuilt on Dawn with custom sections to match the Wix design.
Outcome
LCP improved from 4.1s to 1.6s. Admin UX dramatically better for the founder. Zero design regression complaints.
